These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SwapMOS, including its website, decentralized application (DApp), smart contracts, and related tools (collectively, the “Protocol” or “SwapMOS”).
By accessing or using SwapMOS, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Protocol.
1. Nature of SwapMOS
SwapMOS is a non-custodial, decentralized software tool that enables users to:
Swap digital assets
Add or remove liquidity from liquidity pools
Interact directly with blockchain-based smart contracts
SwapMOS does not hold, store, manage, or control user funds or private keys. All assets remain in the user’s connected wallet at all times.
SwapMOS is not a financial institution, broker, custodian, exchange, or advisor.
2. Non-Custodial Use & Wallet Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
Your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and credentials
All transactions signed and submitted from your wallet
Any loss of assets due to wallet compromise, phishing, malware, or user error
If your wallet is lost, stolen, compromised, or inaccessible, SwapMOS has no ability and no responsibility to recover funds or reverse transactions.
Transactions executed via SwapMOS are irreversible.
3. Smart Contract Execution
All swaps, liquidity actions, allocations, and reward distributions are executed entirely through decentralized smart contracts.
SwapMOS does not manually process transactions
SwapMOS cannot modify, pause, reverse, or control smart contract execution
All logic is enforced by on-chain code
By using SwapMOS, you acknowledge that:
Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
Blockchain transactions may fail, revert, or be delayed
You accept these risks entirely
4. MOS Protocol-Level Reward Architecture
The MOS Protocol-Level Reward Architecture is a smart-contract-based incentive mechanism.
All allocations, distributions, and rewards are executed autonomously
No human intervention or discretionary control exists
Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on protocol logic, volume, and participation
The reward architecture is not an investment contract, not a promise of returns, and not a financial product.
5. No Affiliation Disclaimer
SwapMOS is an independent decentralized application.
SwapMOS is not responsible for the ClubMOS Blockchain
SwapMOS does not control MOS Coin
SwapMOS does not guarantee token value, liquidity, or performance
All transactions and allocations occur only through decentralized smart contracts and public blockchain infrastructure.
6. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
SwapMOS does not provide:
Investment advice
Financial advice
Legal advice
Tax advice
You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with:
Token swaps
Liquidity provision
Reward participation
Market volatility
You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
7. Liquidity & Market Risks
By providing liquidity or swapping assets, you acknowledge and accept risks including but not limited to:
Impermanent loss
Price volatility
Slippage
Low liquidity
Smart contract risk
SwapMOS does not guarantee profits, price stability, or loss prevention.
8. Regulatory Compliance & Jurisdiction
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of SwapMOS complies with:
The laws and regulations of your country or jurisdiction
Any restrictions related to digital assets, tokens, or DeFi platforms
SwapMOS does not determine whether your use is legal in your location.
If use of decentralized trading tools is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use SwapMOS.
9. No Warranties
SwapMOS is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.
SwapMOS makes no guarantees regarding:
Availability or uptime
Accuracy of information
Security of smart contracts
Compatibility with wallets or blockchains
Use of the Protocol is entirely at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SwapMOS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
SwapMOS is not liable for loss of funds, profits, data, or opportunities
SwapMOS is not liable for blockchain failures, network congestion, or third-party services
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Protocol.
11. Third-Party Services
SwapMOS may interact with third-party wallets, nodes, blockchains, or services.
SwapMOS does not control and is not responsible for:
Third-party software
External blockchain networks
Wallet providers
Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
12. Modification of Terms
SwapMOS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Protocol after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination of Access
SwapMOS may restrict or discontinue access to the interface at any time without notice. Smart contracts, once deployed, remain immutable and autonomous.
14. Governing Principle
By using SwapMOS, you acknowledge and agree that:
SwapMOS is a decentralized software tool. You control your assets. You assume all risks. Code executes the outcome.
