We do not custody user funds
We do not track users with cookies
We do not sell or monetize user data
Users interact directly with public blockchain networks and smart contracts.

SwapMOS does not collect:
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or IDs
Wallet private keys or seed phrases
Passwords or login credentials
Cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting data
Precise geolocation data
SwapMOS cannot access or retrieve this information.
3. Blockchain Data (Public by Design)
When you use SwapMOS, you may submit transactions to a blockchain.

Public wallet addresses
Transaction hashes
Token balances
Smart contract interactions
⚠️ Important: Blockchain data is public, immutable, and not controlled by SwapMOS. We do not create, modify, or remove blockchain records.
4. Non-Custodial Wallet Interaction

Wallet connections are initiated by the user
SwapMOS never receives or stores private keys
All transaction signing occurs locally in your wallet
Wallet providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

SwapMOS does not use cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies.
No behavioral tracking
No cross-site tracking
No advertising identifiers
The Interface operates without user tracking mechanisms.
6. Smart Contracts & Autonomous Execution
All swaps, liquidity actions, and reward distributions occur through decentralized smart contracts.
Smart contracts execute deterministically
No personal data is embedded in contract logic
SwapMOS cannot alter or inspect private user information
7. MOS Protocol-Level Reward Architecture
The MOS Protocol-Level Reward Architecture operates entirely on-chain.
Rewards are calculated and distributed by smart contracts
No off-chain profiling or user data processing occurs
Eligibility is determined by on-chain activity only
SwapMOS does not create user profiles or behavioral scores.
8. Third-Party Infrastructure
SwapMOS may rely on decentralized or third-party infrastructure such as:
Blockchain nodes
RPC providers
Content delivery services
These providers may process limited technical data (e.g., IP addresses) as part of normal network operations. Such processing is governed by their respective privacy policies.
SwapMOS does not control or store this data.
9. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of SwapMOS complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
SwapMOS does not determine the legality of token usage or trading activities in any country.

SwapMOS is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.
